Anyway ("we") is operated from Norway and sells clothing worldwide. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and the rights you have under the EU/EEA General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

To fulfil and ship your order (contractual necessity), to reply when you write to us (legitimate interest), to prevent fraud and defend against unjustified payment disputes (legitimate interest — order and delivery records may be shared with our payment provider when a dispute is raised), and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it (consent, where required).

03 — How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as bookkeeping law requires (five years in Norway). Emails are kept as long as the conversation is live. Analytics data is anonymised and aggregated.

04 — Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the shop: our payment provider, our shipping carriers, and our hosting provider. Each processes data only on our instruction. We never sell or rent personal data.

05 — Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@anywaysoul.com and a person will handle it. You also have the right to complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian data protection authority.

06 — Cookies

This site uses only what it needs to function. If we add analytics or any non-essential cookie, you will be asked for consent first and can withdraw it at any time. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
