These terms cover purchases from Anyway and use of this website. Buying something here means you accept them. They are written to be read, not to hide behind.
Prices are shown at checkout in your selected currency and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken when the order is placed. Import duties for orders outside the EU/EEA are the customer's responsibility.
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. If something is delayed, we tell you — you won't have to chase us.
You are responsible for entering a correct, complete delivery address and for choosing your size. We are not liable for delays, losses or extra costs caused by an incorrect address, a refused delivery or an uncollected parcel; re-shipping such an order is at your cost, and uncollected parcels returned to us are refunded minus our actual shipping and handling costs.
If you are in the EU/EEA you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, in line with the Consumer Rights Directive and the Norwegian Cancellation Act (angrerettloven). Email hello@anywaysoul.com within the window, then return the item without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of telling us.
Please check the size guide carefully before ordering. Every return costs money that would otherwise go to the organisations we fund, takes time from a very small team, and ships a garment across borders twice for nothing. Ordering the right size the first time is genuinely one of the most helpful things you can do.
If something arrives damaged or turns out to be faulty, we replace it or refund it — your choice — at no cost to you, including return shipping. Statutory warranty rights under Norwegian and EU consumer law apply in full and are not limited by anything on this page.
We may refuse, cancel or limit any order at our discretion — including where we reasonably suspect fraud, resale at scale, abuse of the withdrawal right (for example a pattern of repeated orders and returns, or items returned worn or damaged), or a pricing or stock error on our side. If we cancel, you are refunded in full and told why. Where an item comes back in non-resellable condition, we deduct the loss in value from the refund as the law allows.
If you have a problem with an order, contact us first — a person reads every message and we fix real mistakes quickly. Chargebacks raised without contacting us, for orders our records show were delivered, will be contested with delivery documentation. Fraudulent disputes may lead to refusal of future orders.
Contributions to the organisations we support are made by Anyway from its revenue, as described on the Proof page. A purchase is a purchase of clothing, not a tax-deductible donation by you.
The Anyway name, wordmark, garment designs, photography and all text on this site belong to Anyway or its licensors. Don't reproduce, imitate or use them commercially without written permission. Buying a garment buys the garment — not a licence to reproduce its design.
The site is provided as-is; we do our best to keep every figure accurate and current, and we correct errors when they're pointed out. Obvious errors in pricing or product information are not binding.
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control — natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, carrier or customs disruption, power or network failure. We'll tell you what's happening and pick the order back up as soon as we can.
We are liable for our products and our mistakes as Norwegian and EU consumer law requires — nothing here reduces those rights. Beyond that, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order it relates to. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control, but we will always help you resolve them.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order; we keep the last-updated date at the top accurate.
Questions, complaints, anything: hello@anywaysoul.com. These terms are governed by Norwegian law. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
